Hospitality Studio in Paris

We create brands, concepts and stories for lifestyle hotels and places that want to matter in their neighbourhood.

Mid-century architectural interior with stone fireplace and designer furniture

What is a hospitality studio?

A hospitality studio is a creative studio dedicated to places of welcome: hotels, restaurants, cafés, clubs, residences. It shapes the brand identity, the concept, the story and the art direction of a place, before and during its creation, ahead of interior design and operations.

At LOBBY Studio in Paris, that work starts with the territory: the history of the building, the street, the people who will live in it. From there we draw a clear position, a name, a visual identity, an editorial voice and a scenography, then we stay with the teams until opening day.

The Lobby Compass method

01

Reveal

We start with the place and its territory. Immersion, interviews, reading the street and the market: we look for the truth of the project before writing a single line. What is already there always beats an imported idea.

02

Compose

We turn that truth into a brand: positioning, name, story, visual identity, tone of voice, material world. Every decision is justified by the place, never by a trend. The result fits in one document the whole team understands.

03

Activate

We support the rollout: signage, collaterals, menus, website, welcome rituals, launch. We work with architects, operators and floor teams so the brand truly exists on opening day.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a hotel brand identity cost?

Most of our hotel identity projects sit between 15,000 EUR and 80,000 EUR, depending on how many brands are involved (hotel, restaurant, bar), the breadth of applications and the length of the engagement. We always share a detailed budget after a first conversation.

How long does a project take?

A full identity usually takes three to six months. Concept-to-opening support runs closer to six to eighteen months, aligned with the construction schedule and the opening date.

Do you work outside France?

Yes. We have worked in Mexico, Italy, the United Kingdom, Spain and the United States. We travel on site for the immersion phase, then work remotely with regular reviews.

When should we contact you?

As early as possible, ideally before choosing the interior architect. The brand drives choices in materials, service and communication; arriving after construction limits what we can do.

Do you work with architects and operators?

Always. We give architects, operators and teams a clear brand platform, then stay available during rollout to settle the details.
