How much does hotel branding cost?

Most agencies refuse to answer. Here are our ranges, what they cover, and what makes them move.

Why we publish our prices

Asking an agency for a budget is usually an ordeal. Three emails, a video call, then a number that lands after you have already invested three weeks. We would rather be transparent on the first page. If our ranges do not match your project, you will know in two minutes and we will both have saved time. If they do match, the conversation starts in the right place.

Our three engagement formats

Targeted repositioning

$16,000 – $44,000

Duration, 6 to 10 weeks

For an existing property whose identity no longer reflects the real experience. We rework the positioning, the narrative and the visual expression without starting from scratch.

Deliverables

  • Brand diagnostic
  • Positioning platform
  • Art direction
  • Guidelines and core applications

Full identity and concept

$44,000 – $98,000

Duration, 3 to 5 months

The most common format. For an opening, a heavy renovation or a change of ownership. We build the brand from the story through to how it lives in the spaces and every touchpoint.

Deliverables

  • Research and immersion
  • Brand platform and naming
  • Full visual identity
  • F&B concept
  • Photographic art direction
  • Guidelines and activation kit

Multi-property brand platform

from $98,000

Duration, 6 months and beyond

For a group, a portfolio of properties or a brand meant to be replicated. The question is no longer an identity but a system able to live across several places without diluting itself.

Deliverables

  • Brand architecture
  • Scalable system
  • Governance and playbook
  • Team enablement
  • Long-term stewardship

What moves a budget

What pushes it up

  • Naming, when the brand does not exist yet
  • Several properties to cover
  • An F&B arm with its own identity
  • Photo and video production
  • Multiple languages
  • Tight deadlines

What brings it down

  • A clear direction from the start
  • A single decision maker on the client side
  • Existing assets worth reusing
  • A realistic schedule
  • A scope sequenced into phases

What these budgets do not cover

We are strategic architects, not day-to-day executors. These figures do not include interior architecture project management, fabrication and installation, media buying, or the operational running of social media. We work with trusted partners on those areas and coordinate the whole when it makes sense.

Payment terms

One third on signature, one third on approval of the art direction, the balance on delivery. On longer projects we move to monthly milestones. Detailed quote and written scope before anything starts.

Frequently asked questions

Why is the gap between ranges so wide?

Because an identity for a 12-room hotel and a platform for a six-property group share neither the same scope nor the same deliverables. The gap reflects reality, not room to negotiate.

Do you work with independent properties?

That is our core business. Most of our projects are independent houses and single owners, in France as well as in the United States and Mexico.

Do you offer staged payments?

Yes, by milestone. We adapt the rhythm to the project schedule, especially on openings.

Do you work outside France?

Yes. We run projects in the United States, Mexico and Europe, with on-site milestones and local production partners.

What happens if my budget is below these figures?

Tell us plainly. We can sometimes sequence the project or point you to a studio that fits better. A bad fit serves no one.
